CGP42112A treatment significantly decreased the liver to body weight ration, indicating reduced tumour burden in these animals compared to control. The mean area of tumour per sectioned liver (B) and the number of tumours per liver (C) also showed reductions with CGP42112A treatment compared to control, although these did not reach significance. Images of fractionated liver sections sued to count the number of tumours and tumour area are also shown, examples of tumours are indicated by an arrow head (D).
