Quantitative analysis of 3D trajectories on doxorubicin-treated HT1080 cells. Cells cultured during 48 h within 3D matrix or on 2D plastic were incubated with doxorubicin 0 and 5 nM for 24 h and were tracked by videomicroscopy during the last 12 h of drug incubation.
