D) Relationship between the clonogenic index and the percentage of EGR-1 positive cells measured by immunocytochemistry, in primary cell lines of human glioma carrying wild type copies of p53, p16/INK4a and MDM2 genes. This index is a global measure of the sensitivity to the six anticancer drugs measured with the clonogenic assay.
