Effect of Adriamycin/Anti-SCF on Annexin V Expression in MCF7/AdrRes Cells. Cells were used to determine the expression of annexin V using ELISA after treatment with the drug adriamycin (D) + SCF, D + anti-SCF, D + SCF + anti-SCF and Drug alone. For each individual experiment data are represented as the mean ± SE of duplicate determinations of 1.25 × 104 cells. ANOVA showed a significant* difference (p < 0.05) between treatments D ± anti-SCF, D ± SCF ± antiSCF, Drug alone and (D) ± SCF.
