Down-regulated cytoplasmic Kaiso and p120ctn enhance the proliferative ability of K562 cells. Cell proliferation was determined using the WST-1 assay. The growth rate was significantly higher in siRNAKaiso/p120ctn double knock-down, when compared to scrambled knock-down cells. Data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (S.D.).
