The expression of COX-2 mRNA in MCF-7 cells were determined by real-time qPCR after treated with 0-40μmol/L celecoxib for 48 h. This assay was done triplicate. Values represent means ± standard deviations and were determined using the Student’s t-test. *P<0.05,** P<0.01 vs. control.
