17-AAG and GA induce c-FLIP L down-regulation via proteasome pathway. Calu-1 and H157 cells were pretreated with 20 μM MG132 for 30 min and co-treated with the indicated concentrations of 17-AAG (A) or GA (B) for 4 h, and then the cells were subjected to preparation of whole-cell protein lysates and c-FLIPL proteins were detected by Western blot analysis.
