17-AAG enhances celecoxib-induced c-FLIP _L down-regulation and apoptosis. (A), Calu-1 cells were treated with 17-AAG, celecoxib alone, and their respective combinations. After treatment for 48 h, the cells were subjected to detection of caspase activation and PARP by Western blot assay. (B), Calu-1 cells were seeded in 96-well plate and on the second day were treated with the given concentrations of CCB or combined concentrations of 17-AAG and CCB for 48 h, and then the cell number was estimated by SRB assay to determine the cell survival.
