(A) The expression of miR-224 in CRC tumor tissues was significantly higher than in their paired normal colorectal tissues. (B) The average expression level of miR-224 was higher in relapse group (n=40) than that in non-relapse group (n=68). (C) Chi-square test and Kaplan-Meier analysis were used to demonstrate that high expression of miR-224 was significantly associated with disease relapse (P<0.001) and a relative poorer disease-free survival rate (P=0.001). **P<0.01.
