It showed that weak expression of SOX11 mRNA was found in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues with SOX11 gene promoter methylation, strong expression of SOX11 mRNA was found in the chronic inflammation tissues and nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues with SOX11 gene promoter unmethylation.
