MiR-99a promotes the proliferation of HL60 and K562 cells. HL60 and K562 cells were transfected with miR-99a mimics, inhibitor-miR-99a or corresponding negative control respectively. MTT assay shows miR-99a significantly promotes the proliferation of the HL60 (A) and K562 (C) cells, and inhibitor-miR-99a reduces the proliferation of the HL60 (B) and K562 (D) cells. *Pā€‰<ā€‰0.05.
