Fluvastatin induced apoptosis in lymphoma cells through autophagy. (A) A20 Lymphoma cells were incubated with fluvastatin (2.5 μM) in the presence or absence of 3-methyladenine (3-MA, 1 mM) for 24 h. Expression of cleaved caspase-3 was analyzed by Western blotting. Representative images were shown in lower panel. Activation levels of caspase-3 were evaluated by the ratio of chemiluminescent signals between cleaved caspase-3 and β-actin (up panel).
