Expression of CD44 in patients’ samples and leukemic cells. (A/B) Expression patterns of CD44 in leukemic patients’ samples were analyzed by PCR and real-time quantitative PCR analysis. PCR reactions were performed on templates of cDNA from different patients’ cells using a set of primers as in Materials and methods.
