Radiation induced expression of a miRNA signature in cervical cancer cells in time-dependent and dose-dependent manners. Hela cells were exposed to irradiation at 6 Gy for desired time (A) or at indicated dosage for 12 h (B). The expression levels of miRNAs were evaluated using quantitative real-time PCR. Fold changes of irradiated cells comparing to non-irradiated controls were calculated. Data was expressed as mean ± SD of triplicates in one experiment.
