Specific miRNA signature promoted radioresistance of human cervical cancer cells. Hela (A) or Siha (B) cells were transfected with specific miRNA mimics and exposed to irradiation at indicated dosage. The survival fractions were determined by colony-forming assay as described in “Materials and methods”. Data was expressed as mean ± SD of triplicates in one experiment.
