(B and C) Histograms demonstrating the overlap of CD11b and Gr-1 expression in entire BM cell population, and also the higher constitutive expression of these markers in comparison to UCB and HL-60 cells. (E, F, H and I) Histograms demonstrating the overlap of CD15 and CD11b expression in UCB and HL-60 cells, respectively. Any change in the expression of mature markers among unstimulated and H2O2 stimulated groups was observed. All data are representative responses of at least 3 experiments performed in duplicate.
