Only a single ATCC Walker 256 inoculated animal exhibited tumour growth (*p<0.05). (B) Tumour volume following direct inoculation of CRCTU and ATCC cells into the right striatum 7 days and 4 weeks respectively following surgery, only CRCTU Walker 256 inoculated animals grew metastatic brain tumours of substantial volume.
