From: Cell-cycle synchronization reverses Taxol resistance of human ovarian cancer cell lines

Four cell counts for each replicate from each cell line were made every 24 h. for 7 days. Cell counts using trypan blue exclusion to assess viable cells were used to determine Td for each cell line. Td was calculated as described in Materials and methods.
