NMuMG monolayers do not re-localize p65/RelA in response to 48-hour TGFβ treatment. Subconfluent monolayers of the indicated NMuMG-derived cell lines were treated for 48 hours with control media (DMSO alone), TGFβ1, the TβRI inhibitor SB-431542 (SB) or TGFβ + SB. Cells were then fixed and p65/RelA expression/localization (green) was detected by immunofluorescence. Dapi was used to visualize nuclei (blue).
