The levels of mRNA and protein expression of ETS1 and MDR1 in MCF-7 and MCF-7/ADR cells. (A) RT-PCR analysis and (B) quantification of ETS1 and MDR1 mRNA expression in MCF-7 and MCF-7/ADR cells (MCF-7/ADR), the mRNA levels were normalized to the loading control GAPDH. The ratio of ETS1 and MDR1 to GAPDH mRNA was calculated for each group. Data are mean ± SD of three independent experiments; *P < 0.05 compared with MCF-7 cells. The blots were stripped and reprobed with anti-β-actin antibody to ensure equal protein loading. The ratio of ETS1 to β-actin protein was calculated for each group.
