miR-125a-5p expression levels were increased by gefitinib in NPC cells and in the serum of tumor-bearing mice. (A). The relative expression levels of miR-125a-5p were increased by geftinib in HNE-1 cells and in HK-1 cells (P < 0.05). The results were representative of three individual experiments. (B). The relative expression levels of miR-125a-5p in serum were higher in gefitinib-treated groups than those in NC groups (P < 0.05). The results are expressed as mean ± SD.
