miR-744 is down-regulated in HCC samples and HCC cell lines. (A) Expression of miR-744 was measured in 40 HCC samples and normal liver tissues by qRT-PCR, and the expression levels of miR-744 were normalized to U6 RNA expression for subsequent analyses. (B) The expression levels of miR-744 were further measured in 5 normal liver tissues, normal liver cell line LO2 and 4 HCC cell lines by qRT-PCR, and the expression levels of miR-744 were normalized to U6 RNA expression for subsequent analyses.
