Regulation of hTERT mRNA expression by 10 μM BIBR 1532 in MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 cells. Cells grown in different glucose concentrations were treated with telomerase inhibitor for 48 h. The effect of 10 μM BIBR 1532 on gene expression was examined by RT-PCR. Aliquots of each reaction were equalized as shown by the internal control of GAPDH. a and c show the effect of GR and BIBR 1532 treatment on the hTERT mRNA expression in MDA-MB 231 and MCF-7, respectively.
