B) Triplicate samples of untreated cultures were grown in the absence of STS and results were shown as the linear regression of BRCA1wt and BRCA1+ cells. Both figures were generated from samples counted in triplicate. C) Trypan blue analysis was performed on STS-treated cultures to assay for cell death at 0, 1, 3, 24, and 48 h. Both adherent and suspended cell cultures were counted, and the results were reported as the percent of dead cells from the combined counts. Error bars and p values were generated from 3 independent treatments for each cell line.
