MHCII expression induced by IFNg in two colon carcinoma cell lines. Cells were incubated with various concentrations of IFNg for 48 hr. The difference in MHCII inducibility between the low responding LS1034 cell line (mean ± sd, n = 8 independent experiments) and the high responding SW480 cell line (mean ± sd, n = 2) is at least 5-fold.
