  1. Mean fluorescent intensity (per 10 × 103 cells) values are shown at different experimental conditions (see Figure 3A). It illustrates fluorescent intensities at standard tissue culture doses: i. minimal response at 8 hours; ii. a range of responses for a given cell lines (highest DU145 response with VP16 while negligible with cisplatin; and iii. for same drug and dose (VP16 at 10 μg/ml). Notice the DU145 pronounced response greater than PC3 response.
