Single and combination of PC3 cells with genistein (Gn) and β-lapachone (bLap) βLap. Briefly, PC3 cells were seeded at 1 × 104 cells/well in 48-well MTP and co-cultured with Gn0-70 with/without bLap (1.2 μM); followed by determination of treatment-induced cytotoxicity as described in the methods. Data points represent means ± SEM of three experiments performed in triplicates
