SUM 149 and SUM 102 cells (105) were plated on glass coverslips coated with laminin (50 μg/ml), collagen I (10 μg/ml), or collagen IV (10 μg/ml) and allowed to adhere for 15 minutes. Micrographs were taken at 400× magnification. Adherent cells were quantified in 10 random microscopic fields.
