SUM 149 and SUM 102 cells were grown to confluency on glass coverslips and wounded with a sterile razor blade. Closure of the wound was monitored over 7.5 hours. Cells were stained with rhodamine phalloidin to visualize F-actin reorganization in response to cell migration. Arrows indicate the wound edge. Micrographs were taken at 1000× magnification.
