  1. These hypermutable bases consist of the first two positions of codons 213, 220, 245, 248, 273, and 282 and all positions in codon 249.
  2. The composition of the bases analyzed is 2 As, 4 Cs, 8Gs, and 1T. Table 7 shows the total number of all mutations (including lung) compared to lung mutations and the propensity of these mutable bases to mutate to any other base (with mutations of G in bold).
