Sub-diploid DNA content increases upon restoration of Dex-sensitivity through inhibition of ERK and JNK in CEM-C1-15 cells. CEM-C1-15 cells were treated simultaneously with Dex ± U+SP. Dex-treated CEM-C7-14 cells serve as a positive control for apoptotic response. After 72 hours, nuclear suspensions were evaluated for distribution of DNA content by PI staining.
