Effect of 5AZA-CdR (5AZA) (100 ng/ml) and/or MS-275 (100 ng/ml) after 72 h exposure on the induction of expression of ECAD (A) and TSLC1 (B) in TC71 EWS cells as determined by RT-PCR. The amplified cDNA was analyzed by electrophoresis on agarose (top) and quantitated by Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 (bottom). The cDNA of 18S ribosomal RNA was used as an internal standard.
