(a, b) DU 145 cells were treated with various concentrations of EP (0, 25, 50, 100, and 200 μM) for 72 h and western blot was carried out with Bcl-xL, Bcl-2, Bax, or β-actin antibodies to see apoptosis or survival related genes. (c) DU 145 and PC 3 cells were treated with EP (25, 50 μM) and western blot was carried out with PARP, procaspase 8, cleaved caspase 3 or β-actin antibodies.
