The effects of different caspase inhibitors on apoptosis induced by hypericin mediated PDT. SP2/0 Cells were pretreated with caspase pan inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK (100.0 μM) or caspase-3 inhibitor Ac-DEVD-CHO (100.0 μM) for 1 h, and then exposed with 0.05 μM hypericin for 16 hours.
