Inhibition of HDAC6 significantly compromises the motility and adhesion of BL cells. (A) Raji cells cells pretreated with DMSO, NaB, tubacin or niltubacin were seeded into the inserts which were coated without or with Fibronectin. 12 hour later, cells in the lower chambers were analyzed by FCAS. (B) Raji cells were transfected with siRNAs for 48 hours, and the knockdown efficacy was determined by western blotting. (C) Raji cells transfected with siRNAs were seeded into transwell inserts for migration and invasion detection. (D) Migration and invasion analysis of Namalwa cells treated with DMSO, NaB, tubacin or niltubacin.
