Sch B inhibited the growth of U87 cells in vivo . A. U87 cells were subcutaneously injected into the left flank of nude mice. Then, 0.1 mL vehicle (PBS) or Sch B (25 and 100 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally administered to the animals every 2 days for up to 20 days. Photos of one representative mouse (n = 6) from each group are shown. B. Tumours were excised and weighed in each group. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001 vs. the control group. C.
