Analysis of cell cycle perturbation of human colorectal and breast cell lines treated with Nar. Human colorectal cancer cells (A) and human breast cancer cells (B) were plated (2.5 × 105 cells/well) into 24-well plates in a non-CO2 incubator at 37°C for 18 h. The cells were then treated with Nar (3.0 mM) for 24 h. At least three samples were analyzed, and 20,000 events were scored for each sample. The vertical axis represents the relative number of events, and the horizontal axis represents the fluorescence intensity.
