Knockdown of WAVE-3 in PC-3 cells using anti-WAVE3 ribozyme transgenes. a. RT-PCR shows the WAVE-3 transcript. b. Western blot reveals the WAVE-3 protein. Total RNA and protein were extracted from the cells within the first two weeks after the selection. The cells were maintained medium with 0.5 μg/ml blasticidin.
