Expression level of Bcl2 and Bax proteins in the HepG2, T47D and HCT116 cells. a Following the treatment of the cells with indicated concentrations (IC50 values) and times (24-48 h) of the 3-NC, the cells were harvested and subjected to Western Blot analysis using polyclonal antibodies against Bcl2 and Bax. β-Actin was used as the loading control. b The protein levels of Bcl2 and Bax in control and treated cells were quantified by ImageJ software and normalized to β-actin band intensity. The relative intensities of the proteins over that of Actin for the control cells were set as 100 %. Each data was repeated three times (n = 3)
