Palbociclib inhibits Rb Ser780 phosphorylation and reduces the expression of E2F target genes. Neuroblastoma cell lines were treated with different concentrations of palbociclib for 24 h. Western blot analysis was performed using anti-Rb Ser780 to detect specific phosphorylation of Rb at Ser780. Anti-Rb was used to detect total Rb, and anti-β actin as a loading control (a).
