Jacaric acid induces mitochondrial membrane depolarization in PU5-1.8 cells. PU5-1.8 cells were incubated with either ethanol control (a), or 4 μM jacaric acid (b), 8 μM jacaric acid (c) and 12 μM jacaric acid (d) at 37 °C for 24 h.
