Targeting of let-7a-1 promoter by C/EBPα. ChIP assay was performed on H1299 cells transfeted with pcDNA3.1(+) or pcDNA3.1(+)-C/EBPα. C/EBPα proteins were immunoprecipitated from DNA–protein cross-linked cell lysates. After the removal of all proteins, the recovered DNA was precipitated by ethanol and amplified by PCR using primers specific for let-7a-1 promoter
