Knock down of PSCA regulated the expression of EMT markers in DU145 cells. a knock down of PSCA lead to downregulation of the E-cadherin, β-catenin and upregulation of the Vimentin, Fibronectin expression. The expression of E-cadherin, β-catenin, Vimentin, and Fibronectin was detected by qRT-PCR.
