All values were measured relative to 18 S rRNA and expressed as −ΔCT. Data points at Y = −20 represent no mRNA detection (n = 3 ± SD). b Acquired resistant cell line RT1 and both intrinsic resistant cell lines (RV1, RV2) showed significantly increased expression of Cav3.2 compared to trastuzumab sensitive age-matched control (SV1) (n = 3 ± SD).
