  1. Primary AML blasts were obtained from 31 newly diagnosed AML patients with different FAB subtypes, except for FAB M3 (APL). The Lyn expression status of primary AML blasts from individual patients was analyzed by flow cytometer, and shown as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI). Multiple clinical parameters of individual patients were collected in Nihon University Itabashi Hospital
