Cytostatic effect of ASPE on MDA-MB-231 cells. Cell viability was determined by flow cytometry analysis after 24 h of ASPE treatment. Untreated (Cont), treated cells with different concentrations: 5 µg/mL (C5), 10 µg/mL (C10), 50 µg/mL (C50) and 100 µg/mL (C100). Viable and dead cells are expressed as a percentage of total cells of the control with each data point is representing the mean (±SEM) of three independent experiments. Asterisks indicate significant difference (P < 0.05)
