MiR-145 directly regulated the expression of Ang-2 in pancreatic cancer cells. a The effect of miR-145 on the luciferase activity of Ang-2 promoter were measured, the luciferase activity of Ang-2 promoter were all decreased in BxPC3, MiaPaCa-2 and Panc-1 cells; b, c down-regulation of Ang-2 by treatment with siAng-2 decreased the invasion and colony formation ability of BxPC3, MiaPaCa-2 and Panc-1 cells; d the expression of Tie1 and Tie2 in BxPC3, MiaPaCa-2 and Panc-1 was determined by reverse transcription PCR.
