Promoter analysis using MatInspector Software (Genomatix Software GmbH, Munich). a The predicted promoter regions of Robo3A and Robo3B revealed similar clusters of transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) in Homo sapiens and Mus musculus whereas the nucleotide sequences differ completely.
