Activation of MAPK family in BPIQ-treated lung cancer cells. The inhibitor assay was performed to determine the role of MAPK family in BPIQ-induced apoptosis of lung cancer cells. Briefly, cells were seeded and treated with indicated concentrations of BPIQ for 24 h respectively. 20 μg protein lysates were resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE and Western Blot assay for detecting the activation of MAKP members JNK, p38, and ERK. β-actin, an internal control for equal loading. Each experiment blot is representative of three independent experiments
