EphB2 knockdown combined with ionizing radiation results in G2/M arrest in medulloblastoma cells. a Increased accumulation of DAOY cells in G2/M phase of the cell cycle is evident in flow cytometry analyses following combined EphB2 knockdown and ionizing radiation. The cells were analyzed at 72 h post-radiation. The experiment was repeated at least two to three times.
